§2. Purpose and Principles of Publishing Opinions
- The purpose of publishing opinions is to share genuine customer experiences, enhance the transparency of the services offered, and support individuals planning their stay at Donji Karin Silesia Camp.
- Opinions published on the Website are intended to serve as a reliable and authentic source of information about service quality and accommodation conditions.
- Opinions are submitted exclusively by individuals who have actually used the services of Donji Karin Silesia Camp, as may be confirmed through the verification process described in §4 of this Policy.
- Opinions are not sponsored, commissioned, written to order, or in any way incentivized by the Administrator.
- All opinions are subjective and reflect the personal impressions of Users. They do not represent the official stance of the Administrator or constitute an objective assessment of the services.
- Opinions may only be edited to a limited extent – for technical reasons, such as correcting obvious spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors – without altering the meaning, tone, or content of the statement.
§3. Methods of Collecting Opinions
The Administrator collects and publishes opinions through the following methods:
- Contact Form on the Website
Opinions are submitted directly by Users via a form available on the website and are published after prior verification. - Social Media (Public Posts and Comments)
The Administrator may publish quotes from public reviews posted on the official Donji Karin Silesia Camp social media profiles (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), provided they pertain to services offered and are publicly accessible. - Google Business Profile (Google My Business)
User reviews posted on the Google Business Profile may be published on the Website, including identifiable information (first name and initial of surname, date of the review), provided they relate to genuine experiences of staying at the facility. - Private Messages on Social Media
The Administrator may publish excerpts from reviews submitted via private messages on platforms such as Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, provided the author grants permission or the content of the message clearly indicates an intention to share an opinion. - Email Submissions
Opinions may also be submitted to the Administrator’s email address. Such opinions are treated as private statements and may be published with explicit consent or if the message clearly conveys the sender’s intent to provide a public review. - Direct Contact with the Customer
The Administrator may receive opinions orally (e.g. during the guest’s stay) or by phone. Such feedback may be published upon obtaining consent from the individual providing the review, while maintaining proper context and anonymity (if requested).
§4. Opinion Verification
- We make every effort to ensure that only authentic reviews from individuals who have genuinely used the services of Donji Karin Silesia Camp are published on the Website.
- As owners and administrators of the Website, we personally publish reviews – both those received directly from Customers (e.g. via email, social media messages, or the review form) and those originating from public sources such as the Google Business Profile or social media platforms. We also enable Users to independently submit their reviews through a dedicated form.
- All reviews are subject to verification before publication, in accordance with this Opinion Policy.
Verification of Directly Submitted Reviews (Form, Email, Private Messages):
- Verification involves checking whether the Consumer who submitted the review has actually used our services.
- As part of this process, we:
- compare the reviewer’s data (e.g. name, surname, email address) with the records of Clients who made a reservation or used our services;
- analyze the content of the review for consistency with the actual services provided;
- assess whether the content complies with this Policy.
- If we determine that the review was submitted by someone who genuinely used our services, it will be published.
In case of doubt, we may contact the author to request additional information confirming their use of our services.
Verification of Reviews on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok):
- Reviews posted on our Facebook and Instagram profiles are individually verified before being shared or quoted on the Website, in accordance with the principles outlined above.
- In the case of reviews submitted directly by Users on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook reviews), we apply additional verification measures, including:
- analysis of the profile from which the review originates (checking for authenticity, activity, and any red flags);
- evaluation of the review’s content to ensure it relates to our services.
- If we cannot confirm that the review was submitted by a Consumer who actually used our services:
- we take available steps to remove it (e.g. using the “Report post” function);
- we may post a comment under the review indicating that it was not submitted by a Verified Client.
- Anonymous reviews or those originating from accounts that raise reasonable doubts about their authenticity (e.g. fake details, no activity history) are not published.
- We do not alter the content of the reviews, except for minor technical edits such as correcting obvious language mistakes, removing excessive information, or redacting content that infringes on privacy.
§5. Editing and Removal of Reviews
5.1. Published reviews are subject only to minimal technical editing, which may include the correction of glaring linguistic errors (e.g. spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes). Such editing does not alter the meaning, tone, or intent of the review.
5.2. Reviews are not shortened, edited, or modified in any way that could distort their original meaning, message, or the author’s intent, except in the cases described below.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify or remove a review – in whole or in part – even after it has been published, to the fullest extent permitted by law, if:

g) the removal of the review is required by a final court judgment, administrative decision, or another binding legal act;
h) the removal is necessary due to a justified cease-and-desist request issued by an authorized third party.

§7. Administrator’s Liability
7.1. The Administrator shall not be held liable for the content of reviews submitted by third parties, unless they are aware of their unlawful nature.
