Reservation Regulations at Silesia Camp Donji Karin
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for making and processing reservations at Silesia Camp Donji Karin, located at Plaža 0, 23452 Donji Karin, Croatia (hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”). Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the following terms.
I. Making a Reservation
- Guests can make a preliminary reservation by completing the contact form available on the Facility’s website: https://silesiakarincamp.pl/en/
- Completing and submitting the contact form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. It merely expresses interest in staying at the Facility.
- After receiving the contact form, a staff member of the Facility will contact the Guest to discuss the reservation details, including availability for the selected date, type of accommodation, number of guests, and the final price of the stay.
- The reservation is confirmed only after all details have been agreed upon and accepted by the Guest, and after receiving written confirmation from the Guest (e.g., via email) or a prepayment, if required in accordance with Section II.
II. Prepayment and Payments
- Depending on the date of the stay, type of accommodation, and the length of the reservation, the Property may require an advance payment of a specified amount to guarantee the booking.
- Information about the necessity and amount of the advance payment will be provided to the Guest during the reservation confirmation process.
- The advance payment should be made within the specified time frame to the bank account number provided by the Property or via another agreed method.
- Failure to make the advance payment within the required time may result in the preliminary reservation being cancelled without notice to the Guest.
- The remaining balance for the stay is payable on the day of arrival by cash or credit/debit card.
- The Property accepts payments in PLN and EUR, in cash or by card.
III. Reservation Cancellation
- In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, the Guest is required to notify the Property immediately in writing (e.g., via email).
- The rules regarding reservation cancellation and advance payment refunds (if an advance payment was made) are as follows:
- If the reservation is cancelled up to 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 30% of the total reservation value.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date, or if the Guest fails to arrive at the Property on the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is obligated to cover the full cost of the stay.
- The Property reserves the right to cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events that prevent the provision of services. In such cases, the Property commits to informing the Guest immediately and to refunding the full amount of the advance payment. The Property is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the Guest in connection with the cancellation of the reservation by the Property.
IV. Arrival and Stay
- The check-in time begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Upon check-in, the Guest is required to present a valid photo ID to confirm their personal information.
- Guests must report to the reception immediately upon arrival to complete registration and pay the applicable local tourist tax.
- During their stay, Guests are obliged to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the Property or its furnishings due to their actions or the actions of accompanying persons.
- The Property is not liable for the loss of or damage to any belongings left in the rooms or elsewhere on the premises.
- Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and order in their accommodation and in all shared areas of the Property.
- The Property reserves the right to refuse further services to Guests who violate the terms of stay or act in a manner contrary to accepted standards of public conduct.
V. Additional Services
- The Facility may offer additional services, such as: rental of recreational equipment, organization of excursions, and transfers.

https://silesiakarincamp.pl/en/. - Booking additional services may involve an extra fee, of which the Guest will be informed prior to the provision of the service.
- Submitting the form only expresses interest in renting equipment or booking an attraction. It does not constitute a confirmed reservation, but merely a registration of interest.

VI. Personal Data
- Guest personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

VII. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the reservation process shall be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, by the competent common court.
- The Facility reserves the right to modify these regulations. The current version of the regulations is always available on the Facility’s website and at the reception.
- In matters not regulated by these rules, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
